Mons Urium Medium Dry Single Barrel
This wine comes from a single cask of our old soleras.
We chose this barrel because of the special characteristics of the wine that it contains, during its long aging it has concentrated all its components, including its sugar content, exceeding 5 grams per liter, which is the limit for dry wines in Jerez, becoming a Natural Medium Dry, by concentration.
After years, we decided to sell 200 bottles of 0.375 l. a year, of this wine so special, with an extreme balance and elegance, since all its nuances are perfectly integrated.
Mons Urium Medium Dry is an example of Urium's personal style, powerful and elegant at the same time. And to conserve these characteristics, we bottled the wine `En Rama´, we do not do any treatment or filtering, reason why sediments in the bottle can appear, fact that does not alter the quality of the wine.
