Amontillado URIUM

V.O.R.S. Over 30 years old.

The special organoleptic characteristics of this unusual wine are the result of utilizing the two different types of maturation, firstly the biological (until the flor vanishes naturally), and then the oxidative, and aging for more than 30 years in American oak barrels. Its delicate, intense and sharp aroma has hints of hazelnut, tobacco, vanilla and incense. With an elegant amber colour, its balanced flavour has a very dry finish with noble wood notes.

An extraordinarily complex and interesting wine.

Amontillado Urium combines perfectly with a full meal, particularly with consommes, white meats, blue fish, ham, cheeses, mushrooms, artichokes, and asparagus.

It should be served between 12º and 14º C.
