Pale Cream

Pale Cream is made from Fino &quto;soleras" and as a consequence it conserves the biological ageing under "velo de flor" of Fino sherry, but softened with a touch of sweetness.

A pale, golden coloured sherry with greenish hues, it has an incisive bouquet with fresh aromas of bread dough and almonds. Refreshing and light on the palate with a delicate sweetness.

An all-round aperitif it is also the perfect accompaniment to foie gras, pates and fresh fruit. Serve cold at 10° C.
