Palo Cortado URIUM
V.O.R.S. Over 30 years old.
Over 30 years of oxidative aging and the exceptional finesse of its original character, make our Palo Cortado a bit of a rarity in the oenological world, which combines the powerful tanginess of the Oloroso on the palate with the delicate bouquet of the Amontillado. It has a dark reddish chestnut colour and a complex, fine aroma which is strongly reminiscent of hazelnuts and oranges. Palo Cortado Urium is deep and balanced in the mouth, with an aromatic, smooth and long-lasting aftertaste.
It is a rounded, complex and elegant wine which is ideal for the most discerning palates.
This unique gem is best enjoyed on its own, slowly savouring the incredible range of nuances it offers. Palo Cortado Urium can be consumed with a full meal and combines especially well with nuts, extra mature cheeses, ham, consomm's, and stews with gelatinous meats.
The ideal temperature at which to serve it is at between 12° and 14° C.
