Oloroso URIUM

Over 30 years of oxidative aging in American oak barrels give Oloroso Urium its intensely dark amber colour. Its powerful aroma is reminiscent of nuts, walnuts, golden tobacco and truffles. It has a rounded flavour with good body and an elegant fine wood finish.
This is a well-structured and elegant wine.
Oloroso Urium is ideal for red meats and game, particularly the gelatinous types, such as oxtail and pork cheek. It matches perfectly with nuts, ham, mushrooms and mature cheeses. It should be served at a temperature of between 12° and 14° C.
